About Ripple
Ripple VAs, a Virtual Assistance agency based in the Philippines, started as a humble Christian company with a handful of talented individuals who shared a common vision of helping people from different walks of life achieve success through specialized virtual assistance. From its inception in 2018 – when it was just an idea – to its current size and prominence, the company has grown rapidly and persistently in just three years.
Yet as they continued to grow and gain experience, they discovered a greater calling and purpose. They could see that they could do more for their clients than just remote support. They yearned to have a lasting impact on the world by strengthening their community and increasing the number of influential leaders within it. They were driven by a strong desire to leave a legacy.
With this bold vision in mind, Ripple VAs has transitioned from a simple virtual assistance company to a team of highly skilled Virtual Assistant Leaders (VALs) who are empowered and equipped to make a positive ripple effect on leaders, clients, and mission partners. Their impressive portfolio of clients worldwide is a testament to their excellent service and commitment to quality.
As they embark on a bolder leadership vision for 2023, Ripple VAs remains grounded by their faith because they believe that God has called them to multiply success with others, and this mission is at the heart of everything they do.
With a proactive and passionate pool of management teams and extensive internal training for their VALs, Ripple VAs is poised to take their service to the next level and achieve even greater success. Our Humble Beginnings

These are all necessary for a vision to become a reality. These qualities create the groundwork for success in any endeavor, including the journey toward becoming a Virtual Assistant Leader (VAL).

In retrospect, Ripple VAs' progress is quite remarkable. What was once a tiny seed has matured into a towering tree, shading and supporting many lives along the way. Starting from nothing, we have grown into a vibrant and successful business with not one but three locations around the country. And as we continue to grow and expand, we never forget the lessons learned from our humble beginnings — that anything is possible with passion, purpose, and persistence.

From a mere Philippine-based virtual assistance (VA) agency in 2018, Ripple VAs has now transitioned into a virtual assistant leadership company with the bolder mission of harnessing the leadership potential of its community to multiply a lasting impact on the world. Our transition reflects our purpose and commitment to growth and development in quantity and quality.

Remarkably, Ripple had its start with a dedicated core team. We were passionate about the company and its mission, working long and hard hours daily. We persisted through hardship after hardship, keeping faith that we would realize our goals one day. It was not an easy ride to get here, but looking back on those early days helps us appreciate the grit, resolve, and fortitude that stood the test of time.

The goal of the VAL community is to create more empowered and equipped VALs who are world-class in their abilities.

Most importantly, our mission partners benefit from our ability to multiply our resources and donate more to our mission ministry. By contributing a portion of our overall profits to our mission funds, we help support a ministry that educates individuals in tribal areas of the Philippines about life and, most importantly, God.

As the waves of Ripple VAs continued to make multiple impacts over the years, I saw an opportunity to create a tidal wave of transformation in the world. This idea spawned Ripple Success Academy (RSA) in 2019. The RSA, which offers online courses to help individuals become successful VAs, was the first step in Ripple VAs' mission to create a platform for sharing skills and training individuals to grow into equipped VALs.

Building on the success of RSA, I bring to life my belief in the power of leaders to create positive change through the Ripple Optimal Impact (ROI) Leadership Development Company established in 2022. My experience as a successful VAL has taught me the value of continuous learning and investing in others, skills that I now apply to leadership development. Moreover, my recent certification as a John Maxwell Coach has only strengthened my resolve to help individuals and organizations reach their full potential.

Through ROI, individuals can take their leadership skills to the next level, whether seasoned executives or just starting their leadership journey. ROI offers training focusing on developing competent, intentional, and impactful leaders. With a ripple effect that spreads far beyond the virtual world, ROI strives to make a difference in the lives of individuals and organizations, ultimately creating a positive impact in the world.

The RSA and ROI are now the two pillars of the VAL journey. Together, they are making waves in society, transforming individuals and organizations, leaving an integral impact, and driving as little rocks that cause ripples to turn into powerful waves.
